Orders & Payment- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.- Payments must be made in full at checkout via secure methods such as credit/debit card, PayPal, or other listed services.- For custom puppet orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

3. Delivery- We offer delivery throughout the UK and internationally. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.- Processing times vary depending on whether your puppet is made-to-order or in stock.- You will receive tracking information where applicable.- Walkabout Puppets is not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, customs clearance).

4. Returns & Exchanges -We want you to love your puppet! If you're not 100% happy, here's what you need to know:- You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.- Custom-made or personalised puppets are non-refundable unless faulty.- Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.- To start a return, please email us at walkaboutpuppets@yahoo.com.

5. Faulty Items-If your item arrives damaged or faulty:- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.- We'll offer a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the situation.- This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes- If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges that may apply in your country.- Walkabout Puppets is not responsible for delays, charges, or consequences arising from unpaid taxes or customs fees.

8. Liability-Our puppets are intended for performance and display. They are not toys unless specifically labelled as child-safe. We are not liable for misuse or improper handling.​
